Economic and Market Research

Hawes Hill Calderon now offers a complete range of economic and market research services to corporations, financial institutions, communities, nonprofit corporations, engineering planning firms, developers and property owners to assist our clients in making critical capital project, product development and marketing decisions.  Services include market demand and feasibility studies for proposed shopping centers, office buildings, high rise and midrise residential projects, business and industrial parks, and mixed use projects including transit oriented developments in the real estate field, and assessments of product and service acceptance and customer satisfaction for manufacturers, retailers and financial institutions.  Methodologies used include secondary data analysis, quantitative survey research and qualitative methods including personal interviews and focus groups.  Clients receive an illustrated written report and a Power Point presentation of findings and recommendations at the conclusion of every assignment.

Hawes Hill Calderon adheres to the highest standards of professionalism.  We meet with the client to obtain information about the background and parameters of the research project.  Next, objectives and scope of work are carefully defined.  A written proposal is then submitted to the client stating the background and objectives of the study, approach and methodologies to be used, length of time required, professional fees and expenses, payment terms and a request for authorization.  During the course of the project, Hawes Hill Calderon believes in maintaining a continuous dialog with the client organization so that the latter is kept fully informed of progress.  Following completion of the research project, contact is maintained during a follow up period to insure that the client derives maximum benefit from the results.
